NDC, NAP, and other policies, plans and strategies
Supporting countries in formulating and strengthening their Nationally Determined Contributions, National Adaptation Plans, and related policy frameworks under the Paris Agreement and UNFCCC process.
Emissions trading and Article 6 mechanisms
Advising on the design and governance of carbon markets, including cooperative approaches under Article 6 of the Paris Agreement, bilateral trading schemes, and domestic emissions trading systems.
Decarbonisation pathway design
Developing evidence-based long-term low-emission development strategies that align sectoral transitions with national climate targets and international reporting requirements.

Climate Finance Advisory
We support governments, donors, and investors in mobilising and deploying climate finance effectively, covering GCF and GEF proposal development, donor alignment, and climate finance flow mapping and governance.
Proposal and concept note development
Supporting governments, agencies, and private sector actors in preparing high-quality funding proposals and concept notes for the Green Climate Fund, GEF, and other international climate finance mechanisms.
Donor access and investment advisory
Helping governments identify suitable climate finance sources and structure their readiness, while advising private sector actors on navigating climate investment opportunities and aligning with donor priorities.
Climate finance mapping and governance analysis
Tracking and analysing climate finance flows across public and private sources, assessing institutional governance frameworks, and identifying barriers to effective finance delivery and accountability.

Technical Support
We provide hands-on technical assistance to operationalise climate commitments, covering MRV system design, Enhanced Transparency Framework compliance, and capacity-building for implementing agencies.
Design and operationalisation of MRV and MEL systems
Designing and strengthening Measurement, Reporting and Verification systems for mitigation activities and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning frameworks for adaptation projects, in line with UNFCCC requirements and donor standards.
Transparency reporting and UNFCCC compliance
Supporting governments in preparing Biennial Transparency Reports and other submissions under the Enhanced Transparency Framework, ensuring alignment with UNFCCC reporting guidelines and national circumstances.
Capacity-building and knowledge products
Delivering targeted training programmes, technical workshops, and knowledge products that strengthen institutional capacity to design, implement, and report on climate action.

Research & Analysis
We produce independent, policy-relevant research to support evidence-based climate decision-making, including social and environmental policy analysis, vulnerability assessments, and scenario-based risk analysis.
Social and environmental policy analysis
Examining the social and environmental dimensions of climate policies and programmes to support equitable, evidence-based decision-making across government and development finance contexts.
Climate risk and vulnerability assessment
Conducting systematic assessments of climate hazards, exposure, and adaptive capacity at country and subnational levels, drawing on IPCC AR6 methodology and global climate datasets.
Scenario analysis
Applying structured climate scenario frameworks to assess physical risks and transition pathways under different warming trajectories, supporting planning and investment decisions for governments and financial institutions.
