Dr. Robert Bergsvik
Climate risk and finance, loss and damage, and EU policy
Climate finance specialist advising governments, donors, and private sector clients on financing strategies for disaster risk reduction, adaptation, and loss and damage. Brings deep expertise in climate and disaster risk reduction financing and a system-wide knowledge of how climate finance is structured, tracked, and reported across countries and institutions. Previously with the Financial Mechanism Office of the EEA and Norway Grants in Brussels, with strong grounding in European climate policy, EU funding instruments, and international climate finance governance.

Climate adaptation, finance, and implementation
Climate change adaptation specialist working at the intersection of adaptation policy, climate finance, and implementation. Advises governments, the private sector, and donors on strengthening adaptation planning, mobilising finance, and addressing implementation barriers through evidence-based strategies. Combines analytical rigour with practical policy engagement to help organisations translate climate ambitions into concrete adaptation outcomes in climate-vulnerable countries.

Dr. Nila Kamil
Climate mitigation, carbon markets, and MRV
Climate policy and governance specialist with expertise in mitigation, transparency frameworks, and Article 6 mechanisms. Experienced in analysing MRV systems across UNFCCC processes and national frameworks in emerging economies. Has supported climate reporting and institutional capacity-building in Indonesia.
